Jill Wessel serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at HiLink since April 2024 and is the Founder of Jill Wessel Consulting, where Jill specializes in helping startup companies establish their Customer Success functions. Previously, Jill held positions such as Growth and Partnerships Advisor at Extern and Director of Customer Success at Solsten, where Jill contributed to enhancing human-centered experiences via psychology and AI. At Vendition, Jill initiated the company's first Customer Success department and significantly reduced churn rates. Jill also worked as Director of Sales and Customer Success at the Center for Responsive Schools and held various roles at Playworks New England, where Jill focused on enhancing play and physical activity in educational settings. Jill holds a Master of Arts from The Graduate Center, City University of New York.
