Gina Davenport, M.A., BCBA has a comprehensive work experience in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Gina started their career at the Verbal Behavior Center for Autism (VBCA) in 2005, where they worked as a Behavior Analyst until 2009. In 2009, they joined the Behavior Analysis Center for Autism as a Behavior Analyst and stayed until 2011. In December 2011, Gina joined Hillcroft Services, Inc. as the Vice President of ABA Services. Throughout their career, Gina has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in ABA, which has allowed their to hold leadership roles in the field.
Gina Davenport, M.A., BCBA, pursued their higher education in a sequential manner. Gina began their educational journey in 2000 and graduated in 2005 from IUPUI, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching. Continuing their passion for education, Gina then pursued a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching, which they completed from Ball State University between 2009 and 2011. Building upon their academic background, they expanded their skill set and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
