Lauren Crecelius

Lauren (Von Der Ahe) Crecelius possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in human resources and operations. Currently serving as the HR Manager for the People and Operations Team at Hillstone Restaurant Group, Lauren has also held the role of Area Leader at sweetgreen and Director of Operations for several notable restaurants, including Jon and Vinny's and Trois Mec. Prior to these positions, Lauren progressed through various roles at Hillstone Restaurant Group, including Management Recruiter, General Manager, Senior Assistant, and Intern. Lauren holds a BA in Economics from Georgetown University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
