Ashlee Ellsworth

Ashlee Ellsworth is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Global Process Manager at Hilti Group since October 2025. Prior experience includes roles at A.P. Moller - Maersk from August 2017 to September 2025, where Ashlee held various managerial positions, including Global Continuous Improvement Manager, and played a pivotal role in optimizing global processes related to project logistics and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Ashlee's background encompasses logistics project management with The Ocean Cleanup, where project coordination and sustainable practices were prioritized, as well as earlier roles in donor relations and research at prestigious organizations such as UC San Diego and Mitsubishi Research Institute.
