Global Lead Of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automation at Hilti

Karel Rozkosny has over 15 years of work experience in various roles within the Hilti Group. Karel started in 2004 as a Marketing Coordinator at Hilti CZ/SK, and later became the Strategic Marketing Manager and Regional Sales Manager. In 2008, they joined Hilti Group as the Global Brand Strategy & Consulting Manager, and then served as the Product Marketing Manager for Eastern Europe. From 2011 to 2015, they returned to Hilti CZ/SK as the Strategic Marketing Manager and eventually became the Regional Sales Manager. Since 2015, Karel has been with Hilti Group as the Global Digital Product Owner and Project Manager focused on e-commerce. In 2019, they took on the role of Global Lead for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automation. Before joining Hilti, they also had an internship at Ogilvy PR in 2002. Overall, Karel Rozkosny has a diverse background in marketing, sales, and digital product management.

Karel Rozkosny holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Law from Prague University of Economics and Business, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. Karel also has a Master's degree in International Trade and Commercial Languages from the same university, which they completed from 1997 to 2004. In addition, they earned a Master's degree in International Marketing from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education from 2001 to 2003. Karel has also pursued further education in Information Technology and Financial Management at Prague University of Economics and Business from 2001 to 2004, and in International Management at Stockholm School of Economics in 2002. Furthermore, Karel has received certifications as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance.
