Lucas Floriani

Lucas Floriani has an extensive work experience in the engineering and construction industry. Lucas started their career as an Associate Design Engineer at Fluor from 1996 to 1999. After that, they joined Hilti where they held various roles. From 1999 to 2003, they worked as a Field Engineer in Southern California, providing technical support for Hilti products and driving their specifications in the design and construction community. Lucas then became a Product Approvals Specialist, ensuring swift approval of products to maximize revenue. From 2006 to 2008, they served as an Engineering Manager, overseeing a team of sales engineers and product representatives. Lucas then became the Director of Field Engineering Services for the US West, managing a team of technical product representatives and engineers across several regions. In 2012, they were promoted to the role of Senior Director, Engineering Services & Support, North America, where they supervised corporate engineering functions and developed marketing and market reach strategies. Currently, Lucas is the Senior Director, Fastening & Protection Products Marketing at Hilti, responsible for overseeing the marketing of four product lines and managing a team of 25 across various roles.

Lucas Floriani holds a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, which they obtained from 1995 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering at UC San Diego, from 1990 to 1995. Lucas also has a certification as a Professional Civil Engineer from the California State Board of Consumer Affairs, although the specific month and year of obtaining the certification are unknown.
