Ben Keefe

Ben Keefe currently serves as the VP of People & Strategy at The GIST, a platform known for its inclusive sports news coverage. Prior to this role, Ben held the position of VP of People & Organization Development at Lillio, where the focus was on improving relationships and operational efficiency in early learning programs. At Boston Consulting Group, Ben advanced through several roles, culminating in leading people strategy and analytics initiatives that emphasized employee engagement and diversity. Previous experience includes strategic roles at TELUS, where Ben managed P&L and led business planning efforts, as well as marketing initiatives at Colgate Palmolive. Ben holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University, a Certificate in Human Resources Law from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, and has studied Applied Economics in Belgium.
