Pat Stephens

Pat Stephens, PharmD, CQA, is the Lead Consultant and Owner of Stephens GMP Consulting, where they empower organizations to achieve compliance through a hands-on approach. They previously served as Vice President and Co-Owner of Pharmacy Innovations and held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer at Medi-Fare Drug Pharmaceutical Compounding, where they successfully transitioned the company to an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility. Pat's notable achievements include being the first female-owned facility to register with the FDA as a 503B and receiving PCAB accreditation. Currently, Pat is also the Senior Vice President of Pharmacy Safety, Quality and Compliance at Hims & Hers Health, while pursuing their Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees at Samford University.
