Kate Cardoso

Kate Cardoso has extensive experience in the events and travel industry, holding roles such as Director of Event Logistics at HIMSS and Director of Strategic Services at HMI Performance Incentives. Kate also founded Travel with Purpose Pact and is a founding member of Impact Table. Kate has a background in managing corporate meetings, events, and group incentive travel programs, working with global clients and leading initiatives in corporate social responsibility.

Kate Cardoso attended Northampton High School from 1993 to 1997. Kate then earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Skidmore College from 1997 to 2001. Later, they completed a Global MBA in International Marketing from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School from 2007 to 2010.
