Gaurav Saxena

Gaurav Saxena is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business management and transformation, currently serving as Vice President of Solutions and Capabilities at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions since April 2022. In this role, Gaurav is responsible for bids and pursuit management in North America, collaborating with various stakeholders to create differentiated solutions for clients. Prior to joining HGS, Gaurav held key positions at Capgemini as Director of Business & Financial Services and Senior Engagement Manager, managing large transformation teams and service delivery operations for major clients. Experience also includes significant roles at Tata Consultancy Services, XL Catlin, EXL, GE Capital International Services, and a position as Resource Speaker at the All India Institute of Management Studies & Research. Gaurav holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Finance from the Institute of Productivity & Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Ramjas College, Delhi University.
