Sara Lord

Sara Lord is a seasoned music industry professional with extensive experience in creative leadership and artist management. Currently serving as Chief Creative Officer and EVP of Content Creation at Hipgnosis since March 2023, Sara has also been on the board of The Cat's Mother since November 2019, contributing to its charitable status. Prior roles include SVP of International Sync and Project Development at Concord Music from April 2017 to September 2022 and Global Director of Creative at Imagem Music Group in early 2017. Co-founding Hart & Lord Entertainment in 2013, Sara focused on artist management and development, while previously directing Lord Music Management since 1996, managing various notable artists and music supervising films. Additionally, Sara's early career included a role at Sony Music Entertainment in the early 1990s.
