Cody Verhulst

Cody Verhulst has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Reinsurance Manager in Program Business at Hippo Insurance, which they began in June 2023. Prior to this, Cody worked as an Entrepreneur, Interactive Private Events DJ/Emcee at Bill Cody's Party Time Texas from 2011 onwards. Cody also held various roles at BMS Group, including Broker and Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist, from October 2019 to April 2023. Additionally, they worked as an Entrepreneur, Interactive Private Events DJ and Social Media/Brand Manager at DJ Cody V from November 2017 to May 2019. Cody gained experience in facility operations and special events as a Graduate Assistant at the University of West Florida from May 2017 to May 2019. Before that, they served as a Student Manager at the University of Arkansas from 2014 to 2017. Cody's earlier work experience includes a role as a PT TECH at Peak Physical Therapy and Sports Performance from December 2012 to June 2013.

Cody Verhulst earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of West Florida - College of Business. Before that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on Coaching and Business Education at the University of Arkansas. Before attending college, Cody Verhulst also attended Plano East Sr High School and obtained a High School Diploma.

In addition to their formal education, Cody Verhulst has obtained various certifications. These include certifications in Adult First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross, Child and Vulnerable Adult Protection and Safeguarding from Special Olympics, Heads Up Coaching Concussion Training from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Protective Behaviors from Special Olympics. Cody also holds the Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) designation from The Institutes and an Insurance Broker, Property & Casualty license from the Texas Department of Insurance.
