Ryan Boyle has an extensive work experience in the insurance and legal industry. Ryan is currently working as a Senior Manager, Claims Counsel at Hippo Insurance since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Homesite Insurance as a Litigation Manager from April 2019 and also held the position of Claims Counsel from March 2016 to March 2019.

Before joining Homesite Insurance, Ryan worked as an Attorney at New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Companies from August 2012 to March 2016. In this role, they provided coverage, litigation, and legal advice to Claims personnel. Ryan also managed declaratory judgment and direct action matters related to automotive and homeowner issues. Additionally, they oversaw outside counsel and handled all litigation matters, including Appellate Court cases.

Ryan'searlier experience includes working as an Associate at Widman, Cooney & Wilson from September 2010 to August 2012, where they prepared discovery documents and conducted legal research on medical malpractice and general liability. Prior to that, Ryan worked as a Staff Attorney at Allstate from July 2007 to September 2010. In this role, they tried 30 jury trials to verdict and assessed liability and damages in automobile, slip and fall, and dog bite cases.

Ryan's career began at the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office, where they served as an Assistant Prosecutor from September 2005 to July 2007. During this time, they tried numerous domestic violence and juvenile bench trials. Ryan also prosecuted various municipal court matters for multiple townships within Mercer County. Ryan started their legal career as a Law Clerk to Hon. Bill Mathesius, J.S.C. with the New Jersey Judiciary from September 2004 to August 2005.

Ryan Boyle received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism from Lehigh University in the year 2000. Ryan then went on to attend Michigan State University College of Law from 2001 to 2004, earning a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree, specializing in Law. In addition to their formal education, Ryan Boyle obtained their certification as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney from the Supreme Court of NJ in March 2011.
