Sviatlana Usik

Sviatlana Usik has been working in the software testing and quality assurance field since 2008. Sviatlana began their career as a Junior Software Testing Engineer at EPAM Systems, where they created test cases and executed them, as well as performing manual testing of new features and regression testing. Sviatlana was promoted to Senior Software Testing Engineer at EPAM Systems in 2008, where they created test documentation, performed product installation and configuration, and set up environment and prepared data for ETL and directly executed of ETL workflows. In 2018, they became Lead QA at Godel Technologies Europe, where they were responsible for test strategy development, QA tasks creation and distribution across the team, monitoring and control on tasks progress, and estimations. Sviatlana also participated in UAT and Cutover sessions. In 2020, they were appointed Head of QA at HiQo Solutions, Inc.

Sviatlana Usik attended the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics from 2003 to 2008, where they earned an Engineer - Programmer - Economist degree in Information Systems And Technologies In Economics.
