Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani

Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. In 1974, they founded and became the Managing Director of the Hiranandani Group, where they currently hold this role. Dr. NIRANJAN is also affiliated with the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) as the Vice Chairman since September 2021 and will become the Chairperson in October 2023. In addition, they have served as the Past President of the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) from December 2019 and as the Senior Vice President from October 2018. Furthermore, they hold the position of CMD at Hiranandani Communities since 2014.

Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani completed their education at Campion School in Mumbai, where they obtained a Fellow Chartered Accountant (CA) degree in Business/Commerce, General. Dr. NIRANJAN furthered their studies at Shri Jagdishprasad Jhabarmal Tidrewala University in Jhunjhun, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Real Estate Development. Additionally, they obtained a Chartered Accountant degree from the University of Mumbai.
