Nadine Bullock-Pottinga

Nadine Bullock-Pottinga has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Nadine currently holds the position of Chief Member at Chief, starting in 2023. Previously, they served as the Chief Development Officer at Hire Heroes USA from 2022, where they led revenue generation, marketing, and brand awareness efforts. Before that, they worked as the President/CEO at United Way of Northern Shenandoah Valley from 2015 to 2022. Prior to that, Nadine was the Director of Development at Washington Commanders Charitable Foundation from 2013 to 2014. Nadine also has experience as the Executive Director at Muscular Dystrophy Association, where they managed fundraising programs, coordinated events, and supported sales and marketing efforts from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Fundraising Coordinator at Muscular Dystrophy Association from 2009 to 2011. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as School Break Program Specialist at Girl Scout Council of the Nation's Capital from 2008 to 2009 and Area Director and Marketing Coordinator at YouthWorks from 2004 to 2007.

Nadine Bullock-Pottinga pursued their education in a progressive manner by completing their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Education from Bethel University in the years 2000 to 2004. Following this, they continued their academic journey at Hamline University from 2006 to 2007, earning a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management.
