Nelcy Johanna Pimentel

Nelcy Johanna Pimentel has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Nelcy Johanna is currently working as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Hire Horatio CX since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at Acquire BPO from August 2021 to June 2023.

Before Acquire BPO, Nelcy worked at Continuum Global Solutions as the Director of Talent Acquisition from May 2018 to September 2021. Nelcy Johanna also served as the Recruitment Manager at Advensus from August 2017 to May 2018.

In addition, Nelcy has experience with Convergys, where they worked in various roles including Talent Acquisition Supervisor for DR from January 2014 to August 2016 and Talent Acquisition Staff Recruiter from September 2013 to January 2014.
