Reynaldo Matos

Reynaldo Matos is an experienced professional in compliance and fraud analysis, currently serving as the Trust & Safety and Credit Card Fraud Team Lead at Hire Horatio CX since January 2022. In this role, Reynaldo oversees daily operations, ticket distribution, and team goal achievement while maintaining company documentation.
