Vishnu Shiva Kumar

Vishnu Shiva Kumar has extensive work experience in customer success and management roles. Vishnu started their career at ValueZone Human Energy & Intelligence in 2012, where they served as the Director. In this role, they were responsible for setting up the business from scratch, including recruitment and training, IT recruitment, HR consultation, and sales training. Vishnu worked at ValueZone until May 2016.

In 2016, Vishnu joined Youplus, Inc. and held multiple roles during their tenure. Vishnu started as an Administrator in June 2016 and then transitioned to the role of Operations Lead in January 2017. In September 2017, they became a Market Research Coordinator and eventually rose to the position of Head of Customer Success in June 2018. Vishnu left Youplus, Inc. in March 2020.

Since 2020, Vishnu has been working at HirePro as a Customer Success Manager. Vishnu started in April 2020 and was promoted to the position of Senior Customer Success Manager in July 2022. In their current role, Vishnu manages post-sales relationships with enterprise clients, including Amazon, providing world-class service and support. Vishnu also handles product and feature requests, offering consultation on how HirePro's hiring solution can solve business problems for clients. Additionally, they program manages large-scale deployments of HirePro's hiring solution, ensuring successful adoption and customer satisfaction.

Vishnu Shiva Kumar pursued their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Cochin University of Science and Technology, completing their degree between 2008 and 2012. Following this, they enrolled at BITS Pilani Work Integrated Learning Programmes, where they are currently pursuing a Master of Technology (MTech) in Data Science, with an expected completion year of 2023.

Their educational journey began at St Marys Residential School in Thiruvalla, where they completed their High School education between 1993 and 2006.

Aside from their formal education, Vishnu also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they acquired the "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" certification from Google and the "Python for Data Science" certification from DataCamp. In 2017, they attained a certification in "Front-End Web UI Frameworks and Tools" from Coursera Course Certificates, and they acquired a certification in "HTML, CSS and JavaScript" from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016.
