Kate Perez

Kate Perez has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kate currently holds the position of Senior Director, Global Talent Management at HireRight, a global background screening and workforce solutions provider. Prior to that, they served as Vice President, Talent Management at Silverado, a provider of memory care assisted living and hospice services. Kate also held the same position at Apria Healthcare, a billion-dollar healthcare organization. Before entering the healthcare industry, Kate worked as a Principal at their consulting firm, Kate Perez Consulting Group, where they provided leadership development and strategic planning services. Kate also held leadership roles at Lehman Brothers, BNC Mortgage (a Lehman Brothers company), New Century Financial, and Washington Mutual, where they focused on learning and development initiatives. Kate began their career at The Associates, a division of Ford Motor Company, where they managed sales training and development.

Kate Perez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from California State University-Sacramento. Kate also has a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University, as well as a Master's Certificate in Organization Development from the same institution. Additionally, Kate has obtained various certifications including Lominger Leadership Architect and Lominger VOICES 360 Feedback Coach from Korn Ferry, a Certified Total Trainer from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and a Flawless Consulting Certificate from Designed Learning. Kate has also completed Gallup University's Great Manager Program from Gallup.
