Brian Kucharski

Brian Kucharski has had an extensive career in data engineering and analytics. Brian is currently the Director of Data Engineering at HireVue since June 2023. Previously, they worked as the Director of Business Intelligence at Modern Hire from March 2020 to June 2023. Brian also held the role of Director of Data and Analytics at EVERSANA from October 2018 to March 2020 and at Dohmen Life Science Services from March 2018 to October 2018. Brian has expertise in designing reporting view structures and selecting cloud-based data platforms. Before that, Brian was the Director of Data and Analytics at Red Arrow Labs from October 2016 to March 2018, where they established standard practices for data consumption and ETL processes. Brian also served as the Director of Integration and Implementation and managed a group dedicated to support and enhancement of specialty software. Brian has experience as a Project Manager for IT Compliance at Assurant Health, as well as consulting roles at Execular LLC and New Resources Consulting. Brian Kucharski obtained a BIS degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix in 2006. Prior to that, they studied Business Information Systems at the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 1999 to 2003. Brian also pursued Microcomputer Specialist/Business Data Processing studies at Milwaukee Area Technical College from 1987 to 1999, earning a CIS:MCS and CIS:BDP degree. Additionally, they obtained a Business Information Systems IT Certificate from the MBTI Business Training Institute in 1992. Brian has also obtained various certifications, including Cloud Analytics Architect, Cloud Analytics Master, and Cloud Analytics Practitioner from the Cloud Analytics Academy, and Become a Data Engineer: Mastering the Concepts from LinkedIn.
