Deborah Weisman

Deborah Weisman is an accomplished corporate counsel with extensive experience in corporate contract work, including mergers and acquisitions, SaaS licensing, and corporate governance. Currently serving as VP and Deputy General Counsel at HireVue since June 2023, Weisman previously held the position of General Counsel at Modern Hire from April 2019 to June 2023. Prior to that, Weisman worked at Leonard & Terzola as an Attorney at Law from February 2016 to April 2019 and spent several years in similar roles at Millet and Weisman, Kahn Kleinman, and Benesch Law. Weisman holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with high honors from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the University of Michigan.
