Lauren G.

Lauren G. has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Lauren started their career in 2012 as an Academic Support Program Assistant at Willamette University, where they led the administration of a non-profit college access program.

In 2013, Lauren worked as a Customer Contact Center Analyst Intern at Southern California Edison (SCE), where they assessed reporting processes and made recommendations for improvement. Lauren also collaborated with internal teams to implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and programs to enhance customer satisfaction.

Lauren led the transformation of the customer service front-line recruiting and hiring strategy, implementing video interviewing and assessments to streamline the process and improve candidate experiences.
