Melissa Foster

Melissa Foster has a strong background in customer success and human resources. Melissa is currently working as the Vice President of Customer Success at HireVue, leading the Customer Success function for the East, Central, and Public Sector regions. Prior to this, they held roles such as Senior Director and Director of Customer Success at the same company, where they were responsible for managing teams and driving revenue. Melissa also served as a Customer Success Director for strategic accounts, focusing on proactive account management and driving product adoption. Before joining HireVue, Melissa worked in HR roles at OrangeSoda and Facility Engineering Associates. Melissa has experience in managing HR operations, directing corporate HR strategy, and overseeing integration efforts. Melissa started their career as a Home Loan Representative at Magellan Capital Mortgage.

Melissa Foster has a Bachelor of Science degree in History from Southern Utah University. Melissa also completed a minor in Business Management at the same university.
