Melissa White

Melissa White has a diverse range of work experience in the sales and recruiting industry. Melissa is currently the Director of Strategic Client Sales at HireVue, where they focus on transforming the recruitment process using AI-driven assessments and video interviewing platforms. In their previous roles, Melissa has worked as a Regional Sales Executive at Netchex and held multiple positions at ADP, including Director of Sales and District Manager. Their responsibilities at ADP included developing sales strategies, hiring and training sales representatives, and building relationships with key networks. Before their time at ADP, Melissa also gained experience as a District Manager/Associate Sales Manager at Paychex and co-owned Dynamic Supply Company, Inc.

Melissa White obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Speech Communications and Marketing from Texas A&M University in 1995.
