Toshi Endo

Toshi Endo has worked in the real estate industry since 1998. From 1998 to 2005 they worked as a Real Estate Investor. In 2005, they worked as a Sales Associate for GBN. From 2007 to 2011, they were a Manager-Real Estate Investor for Kinetic Assets Management, LLC. Finally, from 2011 to present, they have been the Senior Vice President of Asset Management for HIS Capital Group. Toshi has experience in real estate principalling and transactional finance, and has proven ability to structure simple and complex real estate transactions. Toshi also has experience in selling branded goods for wholesalers and businesses overseas.

Toshi Endo holds a BS in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and an AAS in Real Estate from the College of Southern Nevada. Additionally, Endo has obtained several certifications, including Certified Master Mortgage Underwriter (NAMU-CMMU) from the National Association of Mortgage Professionals (NAMP) in March 2016, Certified in Commercial Underwriting & Processing (NAMU-CCUP) from the National Association of Mortgage Professionals (NAMP) in June 2017, and Commercial Real Estate Capital Structure Mastery from the Association of Capital Placement Agents for Real Estate (ACPARE) in January 2018. Toshi also holds certifications in Opportunistic Transaction Mastery, Certified Fund Manager, Commercial Condominium Development Mastery, Commercial Real Estate Due Diligence Mastery, Land Development Finance Mastery, Commercial Real Estate Stabilized Transaction Mastery, Commercial Real Estate Value-Added Mastery, and Joint Venture and Fund Structure Mastery, all from the Association of Capital Placement Agents for Real Estate (ACPARE).
