Michael O'Connor

Michael O'Connor has a comprehensive work experience in government affairs and public administration. Michael currently holds the position of Vice President, Global Government Affairs at Inotiv. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Vice President of State Government Affairs at Eli Lilly and Company, where they led corporate affairs efforts and managed relationships with local elected officials and state officials. Before that, they worked as a Principal at Bose Public Affairs and held various roles in the City of Indianapolis, including Chief Deputy Mayor and Chief of Staff. Michael also served as the Deputy Associate Administrator at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and as the Commissioner of the Indiana Department of Environmental Management. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in managing large teams and implementing efficient processes.

From 1982 to 1986, Michael O'Connor attended Indiana University Bloomington, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
