David Blair

David Blair is a Mechanical & Electrical Engineer at Historic Environment Scotland since January 2009. Prior to that, David worked as a Principal Engineer at Waterman Group and a Senior Electrical Engineer at Mott MacDonald, Cundall, and City of Edinburgh Council. David has also worked on projects for the UK Ministry of Defence, Hutcheon Services Ltd., and Ron Millar Electrical. David holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Construction Project Management from Heriot-Watt University and a BEng(Hons) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Robert Gordon University. Throughout their career, David has gained extensive experience in electrical engineering, project management, and M&E systems design.
