Michelle Banks

Michelle Banks, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition at History Factory, leveraging extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition across several notable companies. Previously, Michelle held the position of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager at Meta and served in various roles at Google, including North America Recruiting Program Manager and Staffing Partner. Michelle's early career included internship positions at Wyndham Vacation Ownership, USAA, and Coventry Health Care, where responsibilities ranged from recruitment coordination to compensation analysis. Michelle holds a BBA in Human Resources Management with a minor in International Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio, and has a strong foundation in marketing from studies at Old Dominion University and Howard University.
