Dinesh Reddy

Dinesh Reddy has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Dinesh is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition-APAC at Hitachi Rail. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition at Thermo Fisher Scientific and held various roles at PPD, including Associate Director Talent Acquisition, Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition, Manager, Principal Recruiter, and APAC-Recruitments. Before joining PPD, Dinesh worked at inVentiv Health Clinical as a Recruitment Specialist, focusing on capability building and quality hiring in biometrics and data management functions. Dinesh also worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Novartis, where they were responsible for capability building in various functions and successfully closed 300 positions. Dinesh started their career at Randstad as a Recruitment Specialist.

Dinesh Reddy completed their Introduction Leaders Program, Leadership and Personal Transformation at Landmark from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Masters degree in Life Sciences from North Maharashtra University from 2005 to 2007. Dinesh also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from Andhra University, which they acquired from 2001 to 2004. Dinesh Reddy completed their Higher Secondary education in Biology, General at KMR junior college from 1999 to 2001.
