Joyce Shen

Joyce Shen has an extensive work experience in marketing, spanning from 2008 to 2021. Joyce started their career at Arnell Group as a Creative Coordinator in 2008. In 2010, they joined Ogilvy & Mather as a Digital Media Planner. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Club Monaco as a Marketing Coordinator, where they managed and executed the global email marketing program. In 2014, they moved to Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, where they held the roles of Senior Manager, Digital Analytics & Marketing, E-Marketing Manager, and E-Marketing Analyst. In 2018, they joined Allswell Home as Head of Performance Marketing and Walmart eCommerce as Senior Manager - Performance Marketing & Analytics, Brand Incubation. In 2020, they worked at Mansur Gavriel as Head of Customer Growth, and in 2021 they joined Hive Brands as Senior Director, Growth and Director of Growth Marketing.
