Sir Clive Woodward began their career in 1990 as the Managing Director and Owner of Sales Finance & Leasing. In 1997, they became the England Rugby Head Coach for the Rugby Football Union. In 2003, they founded their own business and sport consultancy. In 2006, they were appointed as the Director of Sport for the British Olympic Association. In 2012, they founded Hive Learning with the UK's leading digital venture builder, Blenheim Chalcot. In 2013, they became the Director of Sport for Apex2100 International Ski Academy. Throughout their career, Sir Clive Woodward has drawn upon their successful experience at the top of elite sport to support athletes, coaches, teams and organisations to improve both individual and collective performance. Sir Clive is also a renowned and thought-provoking speaker, aiming to inspire audiences and equip them with applicable knowledge through Keynotes, Workshops and Executive Coaching programmes.

Sir Clive Woodward attended HMS Conway from 1970 to 1974 for secondary school. Sir Clive then went on to Loughborough University from 1975 to 1979, where they earned a Bsc in Sports Science.
