Martin Sterner has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple companies and roles.

At Hive Streaming, they served as the Revenue Operations role, reporting to the CFO. Their responsibilities included driving alignment between Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations through strategy and processes as the company scaled. Martin also led and supported various activities such as deal desk operations, commercial compliance, sales process redesign, pricing strategy, territory planning, reporting, SDR process definition, and tool management.

Before Hive Streaming, Martin worked as an Account Executive in the EMEA region at DataRobot, a machine learning platform, where they focused on mid-market to enterprise organizations in the Nordics.

Martin also gained experience at NetSuite, where they held the positions of Team Lead Business Development and Business Development Representative for the Nordics. Martin was responsible for developing NetSuite's presence in the Nordic region and achieved significant accomplishments, including exceeding quota and influencing new customers and pipeline.

At Oracle, Martin worked as a Business Development Representative for the Nordics, contributing to the expansion of NetSuite's SaaS solution in collaboration with Oracle.

Additionally, Martin has experience as a Consultant at Enactus and as a Spring Intern at Baker Tilly International.

Martin Sterner has a Bachelor's Degree in International Management from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School. Martin also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in International Management from the University of Toronto. Additionally, they completed a Juridisk Introduktionskurs (JIK) in Law at Stockholm University. For their secondary education, Martin obtained a Gymnasieexamen in Natural Sciences with Mathematics from ProCivitas.

In terms of certifications, Martin obtained a Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) certification from Lund University in June 2013. Martin also attended a Seminar for Advanced English Studies at Oxford's SAES in June 2013.
