Mathias Thomsen

Mathias Thomsen has over 19 years of professional experience. Mathias began their career in 2001 as an Analyst at A.P. Moller - Maersk. In 2005, they moved to Deloitte as an Associate and was promoted to Manager and Assistant Director in Corporate Finance. In 2010, they joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Consultant and Project Leader, and was later promoted to Principal in the Transportation and Logistics practice. In 2015, they became General Manager of Uber and scaled the company in Denmark to 300k active monthly users, 50k trips/week and $40m run-rate revenues. In 2016, they were appointed General Manager and Vice President at Airbus, where they established the company as a market leader in new electro aerial autonomous vertical mobility and lead the creation of a new mobility division. In 2018, they founded and became Managing Director of Fayth Ventures LLC. Currently, they are Co-founder and CEO of Hive Technologies Inc.

Mathias Thomsen's education history includes an MBA (Distinction) from the London Business School in Finance and Private Equity from 2008 to 2010, a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Finance from Copenhagen Business School, and an MBA exchange semester from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in Investment from 2010. Mathias also attended \u00d8regaard Gymnasium and Holte Gymnasium.
