Saurabh T. has had a diverse and extensive work experience in various media and advertising roles. Saurabh started their career as a Media Planner at Madison World in 2004, where they worked on planning, buying, and activation strategies for brands like Cinthol and Godrej. Saurabh later joined Starcom Mediavest Group España as a Director, leading a team of planners and working with clients such as Disney, BlackBerry, Jet Airways, and Diageo, among others. In 2011, they became a Planning Director at Maxus before moving on to Vivaki as a General Manager, providing leadership and expertise to a team of planners across various product categories. Saurabh then joined Mindshare as a Client Leader, where they achieved notable success with campaigns for brands like Sunsilk, Magnum, Vaseline, Lux, and Clear. Following this, Saurabh worked at Times Network in Revenue Strategy & Planning, focusing on sales review, support, and pricing strategies. Most recently, they joined Madison World again in 2017 as a Vice President, leading a team of 25 people across Planning, Buying, Analytics, and Operations. Currently, Saurabh holds the position of Chief Client Officer at HiveMinds.

Saurabh T. completed their higher secondary education in the field of science at Kendriya Vidyalaya. Saurabh then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree at Shivaji University from 1996 to 2000. Following that, they attended Welingkar Institute of Management from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Saurabh T. obtained several certifications in the field of digital marketing. In September 2021, they completed the Google Ads Essential Training program at LinkedIn. In the following month, they earned the Google Ads Display Certification and the Google Ads Search Certification from Google.
