Giorgio Cotardo

Giorgio Cotardo has a diverse work experience in the field of back-office operations and assistance services. Giorgio started their career in 2014 with Europ Assistance as an Operator of Assistance Services, where they worked until February 2015. Giorgio then joined IMA Italia Assistance as an Operator of Assistance Services in June 2014 and transitioned to the role of Back-office Network Provider in June 2018. In this role, they were responsible for managing the network of roadside assistance providers across the national highway system. Their responsibilities included renewing service concessions, handling complaints, and generating reports. In 2022, Giorgio joined hlpy as a Digital Back-office professional, where their current tenure is ongoing.

Giorgio Cotardo pursued their education from 2006 to 2012 at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. During this period, they completed a three-year undergraduate degree in Political Sciences and Government, obtaining their Laurea triennale.
