Chris Schild

Chris Schild has extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Chris is currently employed as the Senior Director Program Management at HM Dunn AeroSystems, Inc. since April 2022. Prior to this, they were the Business Owner of their own company, Schild Consulting Services, LLC, which they started in October 2021.

Before starting their own business, Chris worked at Spirit AeroSystems for over 16 years. Chris'sroles at Spirit AeroSystems included Executive Director of Operations from July 2018 to October 2021, Defense Operations from September 2017 to June 2018, Senior Product Line Manager from January 2016 to September 2017, 777 Program Manager from February 2015 to January 2016, and Director 787 Operations from May 2014 to February 2015. In the latter role, they were responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and delivery of 787 wing components to Boeing. Chris led a team of over 450 employees and collaborated with Boeing on customer issues and concerns.

Chris also worked as a Customer Relations Representative for Spirit AeroSystems at Boeing from May 2012 to May 2014, where they communicated with program leaders from various Boeing programs. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager Operations, overseeing the assembly and delivery of the CH-53K helicopter fuselage to Sikorsky Aircraft. Chris provided input to the Integrated Product Team during the design phase and implemented the manufacturing area.

Before joining Spirit AeroSystems, Chris worked at Boeing from May 1997 to June 2005, where they served as an Operations Manager.
