Sharon Raber

Sharon Raber is an experienced professional currently serving as the Client Program Director at enGen since September 2021. Prior to this role, Sharon worked at Highmark Inc. for over 32 years, holding the position of Program Manager, where coordination of program efforts for the Finance area was a primary responsibility. Sharon also contributed as a Consulting Business Analyst during their tenure at Highmark. With a Bachelor's degree in Business and Personal/Financial Services Marketing Operations from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, Sharon is known for a high level of motivation and dedication to achieving positive end results in all program initiatives.
