Jayni Schissel

Jayni Schissel has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and leadership development. Jayni currently holds the position of Vice President of HR, Learning and Development at HNI Corporation since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Member at Chief from April 2022 to July 2023. Schissel also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Fender Musical Instruments Corporation from January 2022 to July 2023 and as the Director of Human Resources from December 2021 to January 2022. Before joining Fender, they worked at Procter & Gamble in various roles including IWS Director, Director of Human Resources, Senior Manager of Packaging and Warehouse Operations, Senior Manager of Packaging Operations, Senior Manager of Human Resources, Team Manager of Operations, and Process Engineer. Jayni interned as a Process Engineer at Procter & Gamble in 2011.

Jayni Schissel completed their undergraduate education at the University of Iowa from 2007 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. From 2016 to 2018, they pursued their Master's Degree at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, specializing in MBA. Additionally, during their undergraduate years, they also obtained a Minor in Business Administration from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
