Ricardo Mesiano Maifrino, MBA, has a diverse work experience in risk and compliance, project management, data governance, and regulatory transformation across various financial services companies. Ricardo is currently the Head of Risk and Compliance at Hnry, where they implemented a compliance framework, developed compliance registers, and implemented risk assessment programs. Prior to this, they served as an Assistant Vice President at Genpact, where they supported financial services clients with project management and data governance. Ricardo also worked as an Associate Director at Protiviti, providing advisory services for risk and controls governance.
