Amy Zhang

Amy Zhang is a skilled professional with extensive experience in database management, engineering, and education. Currently serving as the Database Manager for HOBY Maryland, Amy analyzes data for over 250 sophomore attendees and implements IT solutions. Previous roles include Design Team Project Leader for Philips Oral Healthcare and the JHU Department of Biomedical Engineering, as well as a Senior Capstone - QA Design Engineer at Blind Industries and Services of Maryland, where Amy conducted significant research on quality control systems. Additional experience includes a Design Studio Teaching Assistant position, where Amy trains students and advises on design projects, and a Resident Advisor role at Johns Hopkins University, focusing on community development. With internships at BD, PneuTech, CraniUS, and Sonavex, Amy has contributed to innovative projects in mechanical engineering and product development.
