Enrique Sandoval has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Enrique currently holds the position of VP servicios tecnicos at Hocol since March 2020. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of Oleoducto Central S.A. OCENSA from November 2018 to March 2020. Enrique also worked as the COO at Ocensa from September 2016 to October 2018. Before that, Enrique worked at Stork, a Fluor company, as the VP Asset Management from July 2015 to September 2016. Enrique has also held various roles at BP, including Programme Manager from January 2012 to January 2015, Vice President Safety & Operational Risk (Health, Safety, Security, and Engineering) from July 2010 to December 2011, Engineering Services Manager from 2006 to 2010, Integrated Field Planner and Production Manager from 2002 to 2006, Field Logistics and Admin Manager from 2001 to 2002, Project Engineer from 1997 to 2000, and Graduate Environmental Engineer from 1995 to 1997. Through these roles, Enrique has gained expertise in areas such as technical services, executive leadership, operations management, asset management, safety, and risk management.
Enrique Sandoval attended the following institutions for their education:
- From 2010 to 2012, they studied at the MIT Sloan School of Management where they pursued Operations Management and completed the Operations Academy.
- From 1992 to 1994, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering/Environmental Engineering at the University of Liverpool.
- From 1987 to 1992, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
