Omar Rosado

Omar Rosado is currently working as a Hybrid Support Engineer at HOCS Consulting Inc. and previously served as an Information Technology Specialist at Eola Technology Partners. Before that, Omar worked as a Captioning Agent at CapTel Service Specialists. Omar holds an Associate of Science degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from Valencia College. Omar's expertise includes handling service desk and field requests, Windows Pro/Server and MAC OS support, Microsoft Azure configuration and support, network equipment installation and maintenance, Active Directory management, e-mail security, and various other IT support and administration tasks. Throughout their career, Omar has shown proficiency in training new hires and adapting to new technologies and challenges.
