Zahid Hussain

Zahid Hussain is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems integration. Currently serving as Technical Support Team Lead and System Engineer at Masiya Group since December 2009, Zahid specializes in IT and telecommunication solutions, providing L1 and L2 support for CDN providers and analyzing CDN traffic performance. Previously, Zahid held the role of Technical Support Specialist at Global Printers, managing teams in business development and technical support, and also served as Tech. Support Executive at Unique Machine Equipment, overseeing corporate IT operations. Additionally, Zahid began a career as IT Support Executive at Concept Systems (Pvt) Ltd., contributing to client projects in networking and custom software development. Zahid holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Newport Institute of Communication and Economics.
