Joseph F. Tantillo

Joseph Tantillo is a member of the firm’s State & Local Tax Practice. He handles disputes involving the New York State and City Tax Departments and counsels individuals and businesses in a range of multistate, state, and local tax issues, including personal and corporate income tax. He assists firm clients on all aspects of state and local tax from planning and compliance, to audit and litigation.

During law school, Joseph served as a volunteer law clerk for the Honorable Acea M. Mosey in the Erie County Surrogate’s Court. He also worked as an Academic Success Fellow in both Torts and Constitutional Law at Syracuse University.
