Litigation Manager Benelux at Hoist Finance

Karina Dekker's work experience begins in 2005 when they worked as an intern at Fiditon Creditmanagement and Incasso, where they focused on creating an advisory report on sickness absence. In 2006, they returned to Groenewegen en Partners Gerechtsdeurwaarders for an internship where they wrote an advisory report on establishing a Works Council. Karina then worked as an Account Manager at the same company from 2002 to 2007. At Rabobank Rijn en Veenstromen, Karina completed a traineeship as an Account Manager in the business banking sector from 2007 to 2008. Karina then rejoined Groenewegen en Partners Gerechtsdeurwaarders in 2008, where they served as an Internal Trainer (HR) and Quality Manager until 2016. Finally, Karina currently holds the position of Litigation Manager Benelux at Hoist Finance, where they oversee the Litigation team and manages the performance of external parties, while also developing and advising on Collection Agency strategies.

Karina Dekker pursued their education at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2003 to 2007. During this period, they completed their degree in HBO Management Economie en Recht, with a specialization in Management Economie en Recht. After a break, they resumed their studies in 2013 at Cursuscentrum Barneveld, where they obtained a diploma in Sportmassage Paard. The field of study for their diploma at Cursuscentrum Barneveld is unspecified.
