Mario Redondo Ruiz

Mario Redondo Ruiz has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Business Intelligence and Analytics. Mario is currently working as a Strategy Manager at Hoist Finance since 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Business Intelligence Manager at Alariam from 2021 to 2022, where they led a team of 10 people and was responsible for the creation of a data ecosystem including data warehousing, analysis, reporting, and data cleansing.

From 2017 to 2019, Mario worked as a Business Intelligence Manager at Cabot Financial Spain, where they reviewed and created information methodologies, developed dashboards and reports, and provided mentoring and training to the team. At Lindorff from 2016 to 2017, they were involved in redefining dashboards for different business areas and automating processes of information flows.

Mario also held the position of Business Intelligence Manager at Unísono Solutions Group in 2016 and Opportunity (shck Group) from 2008 to 2014. At Opportunity, they were responsible for implementing procedures related to data management and led technical projects with international clients such as Coca-Cola Colombia, Google, Spanair, and Zurich Seguros.

Earlier in their career, Mario worked as a Senior Consultant at Havas Group in 2007, a Business Intelligence Manager at Daemon Quest from 2005 to 2007, a Technical Sales Representative at QlikView España in 2004, and a Programmer at Eptisa Tecnologías de la Información in 2004.

Throughout their work experience, Mario has demonstrated expertise in data management, visualization, and analytics, as well as project management and leadership skills.

Mario Redondo Ruiz has a diverse education history. Mario began their academic journey at the University of Granada, where they studied Biological Sciences from 1994 to 2000. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a specialization in Applied Computer Science at Instituto Cibernos from 2000 to 2003. Mario then obtained a Master's Certification in Oracle 9i Elite from Exes in 2003 and 2004. Finally, in 2015, they attended MBIT School to earn a Master's Executive degree in Big Data Science, focusing on the field of Big Data.
