Elena Morell

Elena Morell has had a varied work experience. Elena began their career in 2015 as a Sales Marketing Coordinator and Assistant Manager at the DoubleTree by Hilton London Angel Kings Cross (Formerly Islington). In 2017, they moved to The Mandrake Hotel as a Guest Relations Manager, where they worked in a start-up environment and helped create and implement new operation structures. In 2019, they joined the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) as a Knowledge Services & Events Manager, where they led the team on the successful management of high-profile events and conferences. In 2021, they joined NatWest Group as a Client Support Supervisor- Coutts Bank, where they provided supervision, leadership and motivation to the Coutts Client Support Team. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Hokodo as a Customer Support Associate, where they are the primary interface between Hokodo and customers. Elena supports customers via email, chat and phone within agreed SLAs, performs manual fraud reviews and proactively identifies emerging fraud trends.

Elena Morell has a diverse educational background. Elena obtained a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. between 2012 and 2015. From 2018 to 2020, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Cambridge Management and Leadership School. Elena is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Strategic Management & Leadership at the same institution. Additionally, they have enrolled in a Master of Business Administration - MBA program at the London Business School. Furthermore, they have obtained certifications in HTML Course, CSS Responsive Design Course, Git Course, and Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Codecademy and Google, respectively.
