Aaron Hand

Aaron Hand is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in AI, data analytics, and business intelligence strategies. Currently serving as the Head of AI, Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Strategies at Holcim, Aaron has previously held senior roles at UBS, including Head of Automation, AI, Data, Analytics, GenAI & Multi Cloud, and Global Database & Data Science Manager. Additional expertise includes serving as Senior Enterprise Architect Consultant at EASYTEAM, Head of Information Technology at Negofi, and Data Solutions Architect at Ordnance Survey Ireland. Aaron holds a Master's degree in Information Technology with a focus on Location-Based Services from Technological University Dublin, where studies were completed from 2002 to 2004, following a Bachelor's degree from the same institution earned between 1998 and 2002.
