Abhishek Shetty

Abhishek Shetty has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Abhishek started their career as a Web Developer at Carrot Technologies Pvt Ltd in 2013, where they focused on constructing web application interfaces and developing modules for an open university. Abhishek then moved on to Beak Media in 2014, serving as a Senior Web Developer and gaining insights into the Indian market. In 2016, they joined Deloitte India as a Business Analyst and Data Scientist, contributing to multiple projects and achieving tangible business outcomes for clients. During their time at Deloitte, they presented one of the three solutions at Google Cloud Next '19. Abhishek joined Holcim in 2020, initially as an Advanced Analytics Lead and later as an Advanced Analytics Manager and South East Asia Lead. In their current role, they manage a team and oversees major projects in logistics and vehicle procurement to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Abhishek has achieved significant improvements, such as a 16% OTIF improvement in a specific country. Abhishek has also developed multiple proof of concepts that have advanced to become fully-fledged products.

Abhishek Shetty's education history includes a Big Data and Analytics Program at S P Jain School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology from Vidyalankar Institute of Technology. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in the Early Career Leadership Program - Strategy Module from The Ivey Academy at Ivey Business School in 2022.
